Winter 2011
First of all, Happy New Year to you all, and it is our wish for all of you to have a great year. Each year always will present new challenges, and this year will be no different. Keep it all in prospective and remember to take care of yourselves and your families.
Some updates for you on our upcoming events:
January 28 – 29 - ANNUAL WINTER WINE TASTING
Our theme this year will be "Paris France." Wines, music, food, romance, piano player, dancing, and photographer to take professional photos throughout the evening for you to take home.
Check in Friday night and enjoy your first step into Paris, with a wine and cheese basket in your room to start your weekend.
Saturday we would like you to take the day to enjoy our Spa or perhaps sled riding in the park or even ice-skating. Some of you may just choose to do all three. Sledding, skating and finish with a calming massage and facial.
Saturday evening, join us at 6:00 p.m. for cocktails in the Pub, and our first of five courses, and carefully selected wines. At 7:00 p.m. in our dining room join Chef Patrick Brezenski, Chef Brent and myself for an outstanding culinary experience. You will enjoy the excellent piano playing talents of Dennis Clark, while you begin your journey into the wines and foods of Paris. You will enjoy five courses, which you will all have a selection of appetizers, soups and entrees to choose from, so we know there will be something for everyone.
Sunday morning enjoy a hot breakfast prepared by Chef Brent and then on your way home with memories and some new favorite wines.

VALENTINES WEEKEND
We are celebrating on February 11 – 12, 2011. This is a perfect weekend for the Getaway to the lodge. You can enjoy the beauty of the woods in the snow, our fireplaces making everything so warm and inviting and our staff who will work so hard to make your stay memorable.
Package: Two nights lodging, welcome basket in your room upon arrival, spa for two (appointments are necessary at time of reservation), dinner for two both nights in our main dining room, Champagne served at dinner Saturday night, live piano and very talented vocalist, dessert for two. $363.00 without the Spa or $426.00 with the Spa.
SAINT PATRICK'S DAY – MARCH 11-12, 2011
As usual the Irish will be in the house and the Forsythe Special will be in the Pub Saturday night. We will an Irish menu, Irish beer, Irish Whiskey, American Texas Holdem in the Pub on Saturday, Irish Buffet for lunch, great dinner menu, and a true Irish Breakfast on Sunday.
